THIS IS THE RULES AND PROCEDURES TO SETTLE IN A PLAYERS AREA

Players that want to settle in another players main area of villages must ask that bigger player for permission. This is common sense but it has to be said. Those players failing to do so and the bigger player upon contacting the leadership will be given permission to cat down the new village with out any questions asked or support given to the player being catted for failing to follow the rules of the meta. Also this will include oasis in that bigger players area since he does control his relm of villages he does contol the oasis and will not just suck all them up if other players are in that area since all players need oasis to grow and store troops at a later time but he must be contacted to make sure that is not in the plans of the future which does not mean months but days.

How ever on this note also the bigger player will not claim an area bigger then they can grow and control. which means that bigger player must also understand other meta players do need to grow also so if you are in an area with a bigger player he does still control the are and the players need to communicate with each other about starting new villages.
